We are happy to announce the official results of the TrackRAD2025 Challenge!
While we are still waiting on some of your submission forms and papers, we wanted to present you the results as fast as possible!

Overall your submissions exceeded our expectations and we are excited to see how close the competition actually was. We extend our deepest gratitude to all teams who participated.

Save the date: Winner presentations & workshop¶
To celebrate these achievements, the best teams will be invited to present at a workshop held at MICCAI 2025.
- Date: September 23, 2025.
- Time: 10:30 - 12:30.
- Location: DCC1-1F-103 (Building DCC 1).
The top 5 teams will present their winning methods in an oral presentation session. We will contact all invited teams via email in the upcoming week with further instructions.
Next steps: collaborative publication¶
Our work does not end here! We have already begun a deeper analysis of the resulting tracking metrics and the segmentation masks generated by your submissions and are working towards a comprehensive summary publication reporting on the challenge findings.
The top 5 teams from the overall challenge will be contacted shortly to discuss their contribution as co-authors on this upcoming publication.

P.S. Post-challenge phases¶
While the leaderboard of final testing phase is frozen, we have re-opened for submissions the preliminary testing phase! Here you can now submit up to 10 algorithms every month with open logs.
Similarly, the cases from the final testing phase will be rolled-over into a post-challenge phase with an open leaderboard. An announcement will be made once this phase opens some time in September.
These phases will remain open open as long as the computational budget allows.
